MLK day is bullshit!

i'm not even gonna ram. this is a bullshit government holiday. what is with this volunteer bullshit? this day is a day of volunteer efforts. WTF does that have to do w/civil rights and/or non-violent protest? am i the only 1 who sees the bullshit in this? this is yet another indication of how wayward the post assassination leadership of the African community tends to be. you don't hear Sharpton's perm havin' ass speakin' out against this shit. yet in still, he can gripe and moan about some bullshit nappy headed hoes comment. unnecessary. perhaps Jackson is to busy trying to figure out who he's going to shuck 'n' jive for in the 2008 campaign, since he sold himself out many years ago. i don't know what these cats are doing, but they sure as hell aren't doing much leading or opposing. again, WTF!

ok, i lied, i mini-rammed. i just had to put this out here. nobody reads this friggin' blog anyway, but fuck it. the whole setup w/MLK day is just foul. fucking volunteering...is that what the goddamn March on Washington was all about? volun-fucking-teering? [that's right, i said it. somebody has to do it.]

i'd rather hang out w/Dumbya and smack little babies than perpetuate the idea that MLK stood for or remotely represented the idea that volunteering is the way to effect social change/justice in this foul thing that most tend to call today's society. again, WTF!

you get the friggin' idea. i feel like the MLK episode of The Boondocks. perhaps i should move my ass to Canada. i don't like cold though...

ain't that some shit? following the logic that i'm clearly not going to be living for 8,000+ years, i don't have many options for a financial solution. fuck it. i ain't quittin', but it's kinda stupefying to look at it from a pure numbers perspective.

damn Blu-ray...

looks like Blu-ray is going to kill HD in the format war. barring some stupendous coup by HD, the studio seem to be abandoning it in favor of Blu-ray. from a techno-geek standpoint BR is the better choice by capacity. fuck it. hopefully Sony & its cohorts do not rest on their laurels. my research thus far indicates that the current hardware & media have issues that the common consumer likely will not notice or care about, but that provide said consumer with a deficient version of the new technology. consider it a limitation of benefits. whatcha gonna do?

i know one thing, i am not keeping 2 DVD players at the crib. the BR players are gonna have to be backwards compatible w/standard DVD's and the DivX codec before i jump anywhere near the bandwagon.

somebody paid somebody off here...

oh well...
