okay, had to get that shit out. Samsung bites ass. i must say in their favor, the customer service they provide from their call center(s) is actually great. unfortunately, their policies suck bloody raw hemmoroidal ass chunks. forget Preperation H. try Preperation D, as in dick over customers by selling shoddy products. almost 2 years ago, i purchased a Samsung HDTV. it was rather impressive at 1st. the ability of HDTV tuners to pull HD broadcasts from a terrestrial signal is quite amazing. too bad i decided to go with a Samsung television to witness this amazing new technology. nothing but woe ever since...beware the evil samsung...
make like my fucking TV(#4) functions as it's supposed to...
