alcohol = legal
cigarettes & tobacco = legal
automobiles = legal
carbon based fuel = legal
smoking leaves that relax you = illegal
figure that bullshit out. i have to find an article somewhere that shows an individual went into a weed induced rage and caused chaos & mayhem as a result. it's fucking crazy...
i don't think that shit exists. i'm willing to propose that any such event was influenced by the presence of other substances than cannabis. the cats that i know that are weed heads are stupidly mellow. i have seen & am aware of weed paranoia. perhaps that could lead to violence. guess someone would have to do some kind of study to figure that out, but that won't happen, 'cause weed is sooooo bad for human consumption.
i've heard it suggested that Indians smoked other than tobacco. perhaps that is how the Europeans were able to so handily steal the land in this part of the world from its inhabitants. maybe they were all too high like the Seth Rogan skit on SNL. (apparently, no one thought to upload that skit to the web anywhere that i can find...) maybe that was just the alcohol though.

IF OBAMA WINS THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION & THE PRESIDENCY, i have to rework many of my social theories as they pertain to European based society & capitalism.
change is good, but most cats avoid the shit like the plague. look how long it took fuckers to abandon enslaving Africans. the after effects of enslavement & colonization practices still continue to cause fallout on that continent. more complicated unnecessarily socio-economic bullshit in that department as well.
